Having grown up in Norfolk, attending a local school and beginning his journey in estate agency in his late teens. He gained valuable experience working from a junior negotiator at a corporate agent to a director level at a locally owned franchise operation.
 
Ben always had the ambition to run his own estate agents and decided 2022 was the year to do it!

Nathan is a seasoned professional in the field of estate agency, with a career spanning back to 2012 when he first embarked on this journey with a large corporate agent. Over the years, he has accumulated a wealth of experience, demonstrating his adeptness by successfully managing multiple offices and regions within the industry.

In 2023, Nathan took a pivotal step in his career by establishing the sales department, showcasing his leadership skills and desire to progress further into his chosen career path.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Nathan cherishes his role as a father, where he leads an active life with his 10-year-old daughter. Often engaging in outdoor activities over the weekends. Accompanying them on their adventures is Enzo, their beloved Maltese dog, who adds an extra layer to their family outings. You will often have the chance to meet Enzo yourself, either in the office or out on the occasional viewing!

Rachel has had a long and varied career in the public sector, driven by a desire to serve her community and make a positive impact. However, her main passion has always been property. Recognising the potential to channel her enthusiasm into a fulfilling career, she made the decision to transition into the Estate Agent industry.
Rachel was drawn to an independent estate agency renowned for their commitment to delivering a high level of customer service and superior experience to every client.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Rachel is a devoted family person. She has two young boys and two dogs who keep her very busy. In her spare time you’ll find her embarking on family days out, enjoying long strolls with her whippet and chihuahua and relishing the opportunity to socialise with friends and family.

With a strong background in administration across the construction and transport industries, Megan recently made an exciting shift into the world of estate agency—bringing her organizational skills, attention to detail, and people-first approach into a new environment.
Megan thrives in fast-paced, client-focused settings and loves helping people through big life moments, whether it's moving house or navigating projects.

Outside of work, Megan is happiest being away on holidays, spending time with friends and family or walking her miniature dachshund Ralph! Megan enjoys staying active with pilates and running and is a big believer in balance— work hard, move often, and unwind with good company and an Aperol Spritz in hand.

George brings several years of property experience, having developed his skills within the corporate estate agency world. He now applies that knowledge in an independent setting, offering a professional, straightforward and personal approach to every client.
 
Outside of work, George enjoys fishing, surfing and spending time with his nieces. As for the hair, or lack of it... He considers it a low maintenance advantage.
