1. Rental Process:


  • Application: Our application process is straightforward. Submit your application, and we’ll guide you through the necessary steps to secure your new home.

  • Agreements: Once references are complete, we’ll provide you with a clear and comprehensive agreement so everyone’s responsibilities are clear. Please review it carefully and don’t hesitate to reach out to one of the lettings team with any questions.

2. Payments and Fees:


  • Rent Payment: Rent payments are processed through our partners at Payprop, offering two hourly payment runs for same day rent payments. Detailed information on due dates and payment methods will be provided in your welcome pack.

  • Fees:  We believe in transparency. We do not charge our tenants any fees for our services

3. Maintenance and Repairs:


  • Reporting Issues: Should any maintenance issues arise during your tenancy, report them promptly through our dedicated email – admin@baela.co.uk

  • Emergency Contact: In case of emergencies, we have a dedicated emergency contact line available [24/7].

4. Property Inspections:


  • Regular Inspections: Periodic property inspections are conducted to ensure the property is well-maintained. We will provide advance notice for your convenience.

5. Communication:


  • Stay Informed: We keep you informed about relevant updates, events and any changes that may affect your tenancy.
